<P>这几天，在读 “The art of project management” 一书。作者Scott Berkun提出，项目经理在需要分析问题、作出决定时，不妨使用“奥卡姆的剃刀”（ Occam's Razor）。</P>

<P>最早看到“奥卡姆的剃刀”这一概念是在高中时，讲的对自然之谜复活节岛石像的分析，当时只是觉得新奇，并未有深刻的体会。这次看到Scott Berkun把这一剃刀原则应用在项目管理上，的确是非常有趣。</P>
