这是我对于项目经理领导力建立方面的几点随笔。

1.       Make friends with the other sites.

2.       Better communication. Mail is the lowest efficiency one.

3.       Know the culture of all the team members, their expectations, needs, wants.

4.       Respect.

5.       Make commitment to all the other roles. Including the timelines…

6.       The most important factor to push the success of project is not the process, but the communication in the project team.

现在整理补充一下。

项目经理没有实际的政治权力，或者说是授予型权力，只有通过影响别人实现项目团队的高绩效发展。而必须通过建立自己的影响力，获取挣得型的权力，这涉及到项目经理的威望以及项目执行力

项目经理通过建立信任提升自己在项目团队中的威望和影响力。而信任的建立需要持续不断的继续自己的承诺而建立。

-公开坦承的建立承诺

-不能兑现承诺，那么一定要通知什么时候可以实现承诺。（类似于Change request）
