Responsibilities/ Tasks: - Budget control and cost control, reporting on budgetary issues and actual costs - Contract Management, qualified contract preparation, contract checking and negotiating, contract filing - Process management, administrating and advising on project commercial application and certification process - Fixed assets management, clarifying assets category and guilding posting - Monitoring document management within SRE, filing all related documents, including contracts, PR, PO and vouchers - Cash flow forecasting, preparing and maintaining cash flow report, arranging loan - Interface among involve parties Competencies: - Checking approving of project related contracts and expense - Budget control - Commercial understanding/ US – GAAP know-how - Financial/ Accounting knowledge - English excellence in both written and spoken - At least 5 years exp. as commercial in project - 3 years or above construction project exp. is preferred - 1-2 years taking lead is preferred - Commercial exp. in multi-national companies or projects is preferred - Bachelor degree or above
