once you are a project manager, do let your members to spend times in discussing and understanding the true meaning of TEAM, which americans explain as: together, everyone , achieve , more.
the biggest problem for most chinese teambuilding on projects is culture infulence. that is why i do advise people who study project mangement to learn how to plan football in the same time.
