8.2.3 Outputs from Quality Assurance .1 Quality improvement. Quality improvement includes taking action to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the project to provide added benefits to the project stakeholders. In most cases, implementing quality improvements will require preparation of change requests or taking of corrective action, and will be handled according to procedures for integrated change control, as described in Section 4.3.
The C is the outputs from the quality assurance. The A is the outputs from the quality plan. According to the definition of the QUALITY IMPROVEMENT, the B is involved in the C.
