PMP2002是不是可以贴出原文？或者请给出题号，我查找一下原文。 照这里的说法，成就、认同和责任都是一种心理感受，而晋升则不是，很难判断。

因为我觉得没有成就、 认同、 责任和晋升属于激励因素，不是保健因素，所以，会有不满情绪。

抛开所有的理论知识，如果我没有被认同，不授权给我担负一定的责任，一直都是小角色，没有晋升的机会，我会跳槽，因为心理不爽。
