Let him drowning. In fact, most of (maybe all) xx Group vice-president (Sale Technice, HR), senior manager much poor than the supervisor, who woks in JinbeiGM . It is not exaggerated. All of them without business thinking and insight. To them, department and business management means control the people plus exchange the advantage. And they are all knows, share transfer can not solve the trouble of our company. But push all VP, managers and employee to the HR market. It is the root. All people must employ form the market. Then they can master what is the meaning of the teamwork. Employ all people form the market can solve all problem? NO. we need prepare a professional manager team, act as instructor of local management team .(when the GM launch his new plant, they prepare a ISP team from USA), transfer the key management position to USA to learn GM global management policy and rules. Step by step, the company has the standard business process, policy, and so on. Another question, JinbeiGM only five mile far away form BMW, only frew guy leave JinbeiGM to BMW, but Much more employee leave BMW to go to the other company. Why? There are two cases could answers the question. The first one: I got married in Oct. I would like to apply a job in my home city Shenyang living with my family. From the help of my friend work in BMW, I got interview, there are three engineer positions. I seat down in HR office, less then 10 minute. I clearly know that I have no chance. Several day passed, I am right. In BMW HR department I saw two acquaintances. One lady works in JinbeiGM catalog document 2 years ago. In BMW HR take charge Interview. Another telephonist works in brilliance group 2 years ago, in BMW HR take charge go abroad business! As the same as in Yaxing Benz HR Vice President introduce a waiter in hotel to act as my senior system engineer! The second one: in JinbeiGM six years past, in IT department only four guy leave, there go to Canada, the other is me, join in our company. But BMW less than 3 years, more than 20 guy leave IT department. You ask me to introduce a new IT manager to our company, I call 4 man in JinbeiGM. All Refused. That is why I leave!
