工作地点:北京 联系方式:gavin08@msn.com Core Elements of the Job: o Author and end-to-end ownership for functional specifications. o To manage and lead a matrixed Microsoft staff, and/or vendor project teams to ensure delivery of a complex program or multiple complex projects of critical information may include but is not limited to some of the following processes: • Analyzes and develops information for senior management, clients, and customers • Resource the project plan in collaboration with the development, test and vendor leads o To deliver complex program components may include but is not limited to some of the following processes: • Formulates a strategy for delivering a program by defining and developing program plan components • Implements improvements in the way the organization produces & delivers its programs through website content, compliance status, program team training plans, and other various methods • Ensures a high-quality program is maintained through monitoring other programs & trends, client feedback and other methodologies • Creating and maintaining project schedules utilizing the enterprise project server • Track and assure all business requirements met by the project • Monitor bugs and other issues to ensure they’re resolved in a timely manner • Responsible for rationalizing the business requirements and priorities in the development of the functional requirements for multiple moderate complex product(s) concurrently, and making recommendations including Cost/Benefit analysis. • Reviews/analyzes business requirements and specifications supporting the creation of new processes and applications. o To ensure the delivery of critical program related communications, the process may include but is not limited to some of the following • Effectively communicates issues such as changes requests, and status items • Provides status updates and other critical information to cross functional project members/and or staff members, senior management, clients, and customers • Acts as beginning escalation point for conflict resolution o Application subject Matter Expertise • The PM candidate will function as the resident Application Subject matter expert on Microsoft LCAIT functionality, its business rules and its interaction with other LCAIT and MSIT systems. In this capacity, the PM candidate shall be responsible for o Providing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for new application functionality o Developing functional specification documents o Implements communications of the program plan and all additions and changes to the plan o Accountable for all milestones in Software Development Life Cycle. o Partner with Peers in LCAIT Redmond for ongoing Project and Process improvements within the Program Manager space. Experience: • 6-8 years of related Program Management experience required. • A minimum of 6-7 years of information systems experience with demonstrated experience in analysis and design of medium to large information system projects. • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Mastery of English and Chinese languages and business cultures. • Experience working with companies in the United States. • An understanding of .NET Framework, web development, XML transaction processing and SQL Databases would be preferred. • Candidate should have thorough understanding of software development methodologies and strong project management skills. • Thorough understanding of business analysis skills. • Experience using and integrating most of the following MS products: Project, Project Server, Access, Word, and Excel. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
