IT Project Manager
We are currently expanding our development team in Shanghai and looking for a senior IT Project Manager to join our growing team. The role of the IT Project manager is to oversee the installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software system, or system integration project.

Responsibilities include:
-Providing on-site day-to-day activities between client and company staff.
-Ensuring customer satisfaction of information technology solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules and deliverables, as well as planning and managing budgets.
-Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
-Developing and managing the project plan, including project scope, development/delivery schedule, resource requirements and integration efforts;
-Developing and managing a communication plan to include content, frequency, audience and channels;
-Working with management staff to establish appropriate project structure and staffing plans and participates in the staffing process.
-Setting goals, objectives and priorities; assigning and reviewing work, resolving conflict.
-May provide input on performance against deliverables.
-Managing resource additions and deletions over the life of the projects; Interfaces with the customer, internal or external, regarding project deliverables.
-Accountable for meeting project schedules and costs;
-Ensuring that approved methods, processes and tools are consistently used, including change, issue risk and quality management.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written), university qualified, with a minimum of five years related experience managing discrete deliverables or full life cycles of small projects. In addition the Project Manager must possess and apply knowledge of project management principals, practices and procedures, be able to demonstrate solid leadership qualities, be able to work with limited supervision and be accountable for actions and decisions, and have strong analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft office suite or equivalent is essential as well as MS Project or similar project simulating software tool.
