Project Manager Job Description: 1. Lead software development projects to meet the various internal business sponsor needs. 2. Expert at organizing and leading project kickoff, requirement analysis, design, status, and other project related meetings with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders at all levels 3. Develop project plans, and manage project schedule and quality with minimal variances 4. Closely manage throughout the product development life cycle. Identify and track issues, risks, dependencies, efficiencies, and critical path objectives. 5. Provide timely and audience-specific status reports and reporting in support of defined metrics to key stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
Requirements: 1. Bachelor and/or MS/MBA/MA degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum 5 years working experience on software. 3. Minimum 3 years experience in project management which should be mainly focused on in-house project developing. 4. Good communications skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams and varying levels of management. 5. Fluent English and Mandarin (both oral and written). 6. Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve & negotiate solutions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders 8. Advanced MS Project, MS Power Point, MS excel skills, management or technical lead experience in software development will be a plus.
