Having a statistic on today's job to get following results:
What I have done today:
1. Have read 95 Emails
2. Replied 36 Emails
3. Discussion with 4 person face to face that spent my 1.5 hours
4. Attend 3 telephone conference whichi spent my 3 hours
Therefore, If you concentrate on your work you could do more things. Obviously, I praised myself which is the last thing done and related to job.

It's the project work, I also do the same work everyday. I agree with you that if we concentrate on our work we could do more things in one day.

Yes, there is a assistant, However, I have to proceed the tasks I listed by myself and that's why I always work overtime.
