Product was delivered successfully yesterday after Milestone 4 had been signed off. Milestone 0: Business case: In this phase, business case should be figued out and determinede with the program team to be built. A product proposal plan is the outcome in which marketing scope, product definition, roadmap, cost, return of invest and business schedule are depicted as well as a high level customer requirement. Milestone 1: Requirement clarificatoin In this phase, the product reqirement are defined and frozen with program plan developed. Critical requirement for customers and quality goal are deifined and commited by core team in which marketing representive,service representive and engineer representive are included. Requirement specification and system design specification should be performed. Test plan shall be completed also. Part of test case shall be initialized. Milestone 2: Detailed design In the phase, Detailed design such as system architecture and mockup are to be completing. System detailed design and test case review shall be completed. First build of product shall be ready. Milestone 3: Pilot site In the phase, basic product modules/units are installed in pilote site which are selected customers in order to validate product. And product ramp-up are ready to start. Product manufacturing are ready. Milestone 4: Prodcut In the phase, quality and reliability goal shall be achieved and production process are established. Product are ready. At least 90% of Engineer's job are performed. Milestone 5: Service If customers are satisfy with product, the program are ready to closed and team are ready to be reassigned to other program. Milestone 6: Desicion to stop sales and production Milestone 7: End of life with customer Milestone 8: Inventory support of the product is eliminated. Milestone 9: Stop monitoring the product and data collection from customers.
