1. about acqusition prococess cycle
i have read one book say 5 acqusition prococess cycle: requsition, requirement, solicitation, award and contractual.
我不知道在requsition, requirement cycle 中各有什么活动，哪个在前？是requsition 还是 requirement ?

2. for FPPIF, 有个概念：PTA,
PTA = [(ceiling price - targe price)/(share ratio)] +target cost

不懂什么意思。请举例说明. 比如sharing formula is 70:30, 该除哪个值0.7 or 0.3? target price the contract target price or actural target price? i don't konw this formula.

payment bond: a bond that secure the appropriate payment of subcontracts for their completed and acceptable product.

如果这有buyer, seller and security. the payment bond 是谁给谁的?

4. guarantee and warranty 含义有区别吗？
