New revision of Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) Handbook now available

The newest revision to the Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) Handbook is now available. No changes to the categorization of accepted professional development unit (PDU) activities or their associated credit calculations were made. Noteworthy updates in the new edition include the following:

-Expanded details on certification suspension and expiration (page 3)
-Increased time during which supporting documentation records must be kept (page 3)
-Updated information on the renewal fee (page 3)
-Clarification on claim submissions deadlines (page 3)
-Reformatting of the PDU Activity Reporting Form
-General layout changes

Project Management Professionals (PMP?/sup>s) should review the certification section of the PMI Web site (www.pmi.org) for the latest updates to the CCR program. The revised handbook is now available for download in this area.
