某全真模拟试题：（成本） 如果成本的方差和进度的方差一致辞，且都大于零，那么： A、成本差异是由进度差异决定的 B、这个差异对项目来说是有得的 C、进度差异很容易就能纠正过来 D、自从项目开始以来，工资率上升了。 我参照金老师的书（成本管理模拟考题二第11题）想也没有想就选了A；这两道题就差一句话，而答案是B其解释是：A positive schedule variance indiates that the project is ahead of schedule.
