哈哈，问题解决！题干中的“qualitatively based durations ”和“ reserve time ”翻译成汉语时不准确，应为：“基于定量的历时”和“储备时间”，都是PMBOK6.3中的工具和技术。好家伙，他把“qualitatively （应为qualnitatively） based durations and reserve time”翻译成了“质量基准的持续时间和预留时间”？！麻烦了大家，谢谢大家！故此题答案应为：C. 你正在使用活动持续时间估算流程的工具和技术。
