看了pmbok2004 中文版的，觉得对program 和 portfolio 分别翻译成“计划”和“综合行动”不太恰当，有待商榷。 pmbok2004 术语表中的解释分别是： Program：A group of related projects managed in a coordinated way to obtain benefits and control not available from managing them individually. Programs may include elements of related work outside of the scope of the discrete projects in the program. 最直接的翻译应当是：相关项目群。翻译成“计划”既不是直译又不是意译，而且在后面定义portfolio 时，如果在将program 翻译成“计划”，含义根本不清楚，要是不看英文解释，谁都得晕菜！！pmbok2000版有人翻译成“项目群”，也有帖子上这么翻译，觉得很简练、明确，非常同意。
Portfolio：A collection of projects or programs and other work that are grouped together to facilitate effective management of that work to meet strategic business objectives. The projects or programs of the portfolio may not necessarily be interdependent or directly related. 直译应当是：项目、项目群或其他工作的集合。至于后面的解释代表这个概念的含义就没必要翻译了。通常portfolio被翻译成“投资组合”，而在pmbok中应当成为项目管理的术语，所以觉得译成“项目组合”较为贴切和直观。至于译成“综合行动”让人费解！！！
