刚开始看,书中第二章讲到PMO的角色时提到基本上会去承担以下三个角色中的一个。 - Providing the policies, methodologies and templates for managing projects within the organization - Providing support and guidance to others in the organization on how to manage projects,training others in project management or project management software, and assisting with specific project management tools - Providing project managers for different projects, and being responsible for the results of those projects (All projects, or projects of a certain size, type or influence, are managed by this office 而且书中还再次强调说"PMO should pick one of the 3 roles, and stick to it without trying to do everything." 我的疑惑就在这里,为什么PMO只能做某个角色,而不可以是全部。感觉上和实际工作中不太一样。
