The content will include project marketing as well as market analysis methodologies and technical analysis methodologies such as value engineering.

Project Financial Evaluation

By providing practical training and specific competence in project financial evaluation, this course aims to enhance the quality of the project manager's investment decisions. As part of the project feasibility process, it will look at short and long-term decisions in both production and service sectors.

The following subjects will be dealt with: capital formation and its remuneration; the role of interest rates; assessing financial feasibility and the investment decision; project financing, financing instruments and the cost of capital; introducing risk and revising forecasts; making projects profitable and revising financial decisions during project implementation; economic impact of projects and links to the socio-economic environment; elements of cost-benefit analysis.
